Returns Policy

  1. We hope you love your purchase with IHeart Boutique.
  2. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.
  3. Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to a either a store credit or replacement as per our discretion, please contact customercare@iheartboutique.com.au to assist you in returning your item/s.
  4. Once your return is received processing time can take 1-3 business days.
  5. Credit notes expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item in store.
  6. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
  7. EXCHANGES FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY. We don’t offer credit notes or exchanges for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
  8. Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.
  9. IHeart Boutique accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
  10. AFTER PAY PURCHASES – If you have purchased using AfterPay you are still required to make your payments to them otherwise they may charge you a late fee. This company is a seperate business to IHEART Boutique and we are unable to change any payment plans you have agreed with them.
