- Customers who received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item to the item ordered are entitled to a either a store credit or replacement as per our discretion, please contact customercare@iheartboutique.com.au to assist you in returning your item/s.
- Once your return is received processing time can take 1-3 business days.
- Credit notes expire within 6 months, and can be used on any item in store.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
- EXCHANGES FOR AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY. We don’t offer credit notes or exchanges for INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
- Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty by our returns department.
- IHeart Boutique accepts all returns that are sent back within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
